The rooms were reasonably large and airy, with pleasant views of the distant hills. The location was excellent, right by restaurants, main shopping areas, and the center of Lucca.- The staff was very nice and accommodating.- The hotel provided a lot of facilities including coffee/tea making machines, multi-channel television, and a writing table.

It's reasonable base for sightseeing and exploring Lucca. The breakfasts are great with good coffee and the cake, for instance. The staff is gentle and extremely friendly, and the owner too. The location is excellent, 1 km from an art-filled Romanesque church.

Convenient Location, Superb Room
This place is conveniently located, just a 10-15 minutes' walk from a fascinating medieval tower. The superior queen room we stayed in was beautifully decorated. 🏰

Absolutely charming and pretty hotel. Had a fantastic experience.Delightful and beautiful room with tea/coffee, enormous bathroom and garden.Particularly nice breakfasts with homemade food, juice, and fresh local products.Staff were good.Great location, for example, a medieval tower was a 10-15 minute walk from the property.

The staff were cooperative and attentive. The room was more than a nice size and included a great bathroom. Enjoyed the restaurant for dinner, nice bonus, especially when it's hot outside.
